【產品介紹】

HC-08藍牙串口通信模塊是新一代的基於Bluetooth Specification V4.0 BLE藍牙協議的數傳模組。無線工作頻段為2.4GHz ISM，調製方式是GFSK。模組最大發射功率為4dBm，接收靈敏度-93dBm，空曠環境下和iphone4s可以實現80米超遠距離通信。

模組採用郵票孔封裝方式，可貼片焊接，模組大小26.9mm×13mm×2.2mm，很方便客戶嵌入應用系統之內。

模組採用TI的CC2540晶片，配置256K Byte空間，支持AT 指令，用戶可根據需要更改角色（主、從模式）以及串口波特率、設備名稱等參數，使用靈活。

【產品規格】

• TXD ：串口發送，3.3V TTL 電平。
• RXD ：串口接收，3.3V TTL 電平。
• CTS ：串口流控，暫不支援。
• RTS ：串口流控，暫不支援。
• DC ：仿真、燒錄時鐘腳。
• DD ：仿真、燒錄數據腳。
• RST ：模塊復位腳，要求不小於5ms 的低電平進行複位。
• VCC ：模塊電源腳，要求直流3.3V 電源，供電電流不小於100mA 。工作電壓範圍：2.0V~3.6V。
• GND ：模塊公共地。
• LED ：模塊指示燈輸出腳，高電平輸出，接LED 時請串接電阻。
• 連線前，主機未記錄從機地址時，每秒亮100ms ；主機記錄從機地址時，每秒亮900ms ；從機每2 秒亮1 秒。連線後，LED 常亮。
• KEY ：輸入腳，內部下拉。此腳接高電平，用於主機清除已記錄的從機地址。

HC-08 firmware versions

• The default baud rate is 9600.
• There must be a delay between data packets. For example, if the baud rate is 1200 baud, the packet length is 120 bytes and the transmission time delay between packets must be not less than 2000ms otherwise you may lose data. The packet transmission time delay for 38400 baud with a packet length is 120 bytes must not be less than 200ms. At 115,200 baud with a packet length of 120 bytes, the transmission time delay between data packets must be not less than 50ms).
• When the baud rate is 19200 baud or more, the number o per packet cannot be more than 120 bytes.
• The higher the baud rate, the shorter the transmission delay time required between data packets.
• The shorter the number o per packet, the shorter the required delay time (e.g. 115,200 baud with a packet length of 20 bytes, the transmission delay time between data packets is less than 20ms).

Note: absolute maximum voltage is 3V6 DC.

HC-08 AT commands

• AT responds OK
• AT + BAUDx responds with OKn where x is 1 - n is 1200, 2 - 2400, 3 - 4800, 4 - 9600 (default), 5 - 19200, 6 - 38400, 7 - 57600, 8 - 115200. Note: module must be reset after power-on for the new serial port baud rate to take effect.
• AT + NAMEname responds OKsetname - name is the Bluetooth device name to be set and must be 13 characters or fewer. Retained across power offs. Note: module must be reset after power-on for the new device name to take effect.
